  • Information you send us to book, ask a question or receive care
  • Health information and treatment history, only as far as needed to provide care
  • Website usage data such as device, browser and access logs that our hosting provider may keep

3. Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only where necessary, for example to the staff providing your care, laboratories, system providers bound by confidentiality, an insurer at your request, or authorities with legal powers.

External channels such as LINE, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok have their own privacy policies. Please avoid sending unnecessary health information through public messages.

4. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for its purpose and for the period the law requires, with appropriate staff, process and technical safeguards. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, however.

The website may use browser storage to remember display preferences, and our hosting provider may keep technical data. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this description and put an appropriate consent mechanism in place first.
